Gordon Cranner focuses his practice on public finance and local government law, primarily representing municipal utility districts, water control and improvement districts, and other special districts as general counsel and bond counsel. He also represents real estate developers in the formation of special districts and in matters relating to special districts. Prior to joining Schwartz, Page & Harding, L.L.P., Gordon’s practice experience included representing large private equity clients in mergers and acquisitions in both buy and sell side transactions with a focus in the energy industry. Before attending law school, Gordon worked as a “Tool Hand” in the oilfield performing specialized down-hole interventions in oil and gas wells around the country.
