Bryan Yeates focuses his practice on public finance, local government and administrative law, with an emphasis on representing municipal utility districts and other special districts as general counsel and bond counsel. He also represents real estate developers in the formation of special districts and in matters coming before special districts. Bryan brings to his practice previous experience handling real estate and financing transactions, as well as transactions relating to pipeline assets and oil and gas producing assets. He has represented developers, companies and banks in sale-leasebacks, purchasing and financing of commercial property, and obtaining governmental recognition of vested rights under Texas law.
Prior to joining Schwartz, Page & Harding, L.L.P., in 2007, Bryan served as a business transactions attorney with Andrews Kurth LLP in Houston. His experience also includes serving as a judicial intern for Supreme Court of Texas Justice Nathan L. Hecht.
